I contracted DeFazio Company to install a privacy fence. The fence itself looks good and feels sturdy, and they did make an adjustment to our final bill to account for some of the issues we ran into, which I appreciated. That said, the process wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. Communication could have been better, and there were challenges along the way with scheduling. The crew left behind a large pile of dirt that I had to remove myself, and while the fence was put up correctly, communication could have been clearer regarding the dirt left behind. On the positive side, the foreman and workers were pleasant, respectful, and kept to themselves while working. They were very efficient and completed our fence in two days. Overall, I’m glad the fence is up and seems solid, but I think there’s room for improvement in professionalism and follow-through, which has been acknowledge by the company and I firmly believe they will make the necessary communication improvements to better serve the community. I would recommend DeFazio Company for vinyl fence installation, but would highly suggest to get all details of the project in writing, including expectations on communication regarding the timeline of installation.
First time using DeFazio for sprinkler winterization and we’re very pleased. Kimberly was responsive, professional and got us scheduled right away. Great communication and efficient with billing. We found them at a neighbor’s house and they worked out perfectly for our needs.
DeFazio did a great job winterizing our sprinkler system. We are nw to the house so he took time to explain the process and answer my questions. Scheduling an appointment was easy, they were on time and called to let us know they were on their way. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!
