DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Brian came out for a quote for a fence on my yard. Spoke with someone from my house about a tree in the back corner of my yard. Stated “that tree will be a problem. We may have to cut or trim it”. When the installer came, he spoke with the same person from my house and stated “we have to go around that tree. It would just make my life a hell of a lot easier”. But did not explain what/how the tree would be worked around. They told me the fence would be done in two days as I requested because no one would be home after those two days. They set the posts on Monday. Nothing on Tuesday. Then finished the fence on Wednesday when no one was home. As you can see in the pictures, the cut off a corner of my yard and left the tree on the outside of my fence. Which was NOT discussed. I signed a proposal approval that had NOTHING stating that they would angle the fence and to leave my tree outside my fence line. Now Brian wants to charge me to “square it off” (whatever that means) and threatened to put a lien on my house if I did not pay him in full. Even though the signed document I have has nothing shown regarding angling the fence (cutting off my yard) and leaving my tree on the outside of my fence line. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
10/10 would recommend. Best decision I made was to go through Columbia fence. They handled every step needed (permits/paperwork). Once permits approved, install was within two weeks. 1 day for removal and install of the new fence! All the workers were amazing and even kept me updated throughout the day. Definitely the best fencing company around the area! Brian at Columbia fence was super nice and explained everything perfectly!
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Never showed for an estimate when they were supposed to. Called the office and supposedly they had a wrong number for me. Had my estimate today which took two minutes and The guy who did the estimate was very rude with my wife before I got out to the yard. I didn’t know about it until he was gone. Could tell he didn’t even want to be here. The estimate was $5,000.00 higher than the other four estimates I received. I really hope this was the owner of the company because if it wasn’t I would not have this person working for me and representing my company. And, if it was the owner… well, you’re burning bridges fast. Maybe find something you enjoy doing.
