Modular Deck + Fence | Deck & Fence Installation

Do NOT recommend this company. They showed up unannounced while both my husband and I were sick in bed. After installing our deck, they said they would return to power wash the mess they left behind — they never did. A piece of the deck has already fallen off, and the railings are poorly constructed. For how much we spent, this quality and service is unacceptable. I’ve tried reaching out for over a year and nobody ever answers the phone. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

I called an scheduled an appointment for an estimate. It was scheduled for 4 pm. The morning of the appointment I received a call asking to move the appointment back to 5 - 6 pm. I agreed. No one showed up at my house. I called and no return call. I finally spoke with someone today (after I called again) and was told that they drove past my house and the kit won't fit in the yard so they did not show up. I mentioned a courtesy call would have been nice explaining this to me and I was told sorry. I would not recommend this company!

This company is horrible to deal with. One of the gates they installed kept blowing through the wrong direction which broke the gate. Every time I called they said the owner will call you back which he never did…I had to call 20+ times to finally get a call back. He stated it was not their problem, and that he would do me a favor and give me 1/2 off. Keep in mind, I reported the problem 5 days after install. Anyways they finally replaced it in October, when it was installed in March. After the new gate blew through, I added concrete to the posts, which the concrete for the post that held the gate up was below grade. After talking with other fence company’s, NRC never fixes their fences and have to keep changing their names to run from reviews.
