They seemed like a good reputable company... Jim came out and to look at my fence and was very friendly. Waited a week for the estimate to come through and then I called them for an update. Jim said he'd work on it that evening but then he never got back to me. I called and talked to the receptionist twice after that and they still never got back in touch. Left me high and dry and scrambling to find someone to do the work for me at the last minute. Here's a tip for Jim and Willhoite... if you don't want the business, at least call and let your prospective customer know. I can't recommend anyone work with them.

I got a fence estimate in July, Jake was great. Paid the deposit the same day and was told they were already scheduling into September. I was to receive a follow up phone call with the installation date in a week.... Halloween is next week, I still have no fence. I have received zero communication from Wilhoite since July. When I call to ask when my fence will be installed, I am given a date 2-3 weeks away. I hope they are enjoying my money, my dogs love living in a laundry room while I'm at work.

Communication and scheduling are extremely poor. We put our deposit down at the beginning of June and were told the install would begin the first week in August. That date came and went. We had to call their office every two weeks for months. Each time the install date had been pushed out another two weeks. We were given a long list of excuses for why they were behind. Again, if they knew it was going to be another month before they even considered starting our house, then they should have been up front about that. Instead, they just kept telling us two more weeks out. When it finally got pushed to mid-October, we asked for our deposit back. Not until they were going to lose the business altogether did they actually provide a real date. Who knows how much longer we would have been pushed out. When they finally showed up, they started working at the wrong house down the street. In the end, we have a fence, but it didn't come without months of waiting, way too many phone calls, a threat to cancel the job and calling off the crew as they started at the wrong house.
