I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Mills fence!! As a repeat customer I can say they are just as excellent as they were the first time!! Everyone at this company is kind, professional, and accommodating! During a stressful backyard pool and patio project with a constantly changing timeline, Jeff and Jim reassured me they had it covered and would be there to install the fence when the time came. Not only did they deliver on that promise, they went above and beyond! They made multiple trips to be sure each aspect was done correctly while working alongside other contractors. The installers paid close attention to detail, confirming my vision and executing on it. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and am so grateful for everything Mills did to make it happen! Update a few months later after the snow has melted and the rain has stopped, we did eventually get our fence in January and it took 3 days to build, not to bad. However we have gotten out and started looking around and actually my neighbor brought it to our attention, they didn’t grind down the metal from our old fence like they were supposed to, sparked interest in my husband and I and we walked all around our yard and our neighbors yard, they didn’t grind any of it down. I contacted them around Thanksgiving of 2024 today’s date is currently January 23, 2025. They are two weeks late on my fence. It was supposed to be here January 8. We got contacted about January 7 saying we weren’t gonna have a fence January 8 they didn’t have it and then didn’t hear anything until I contacted them a week ago And we were told OK no worries. It’s coming from overseas. We can get you this at no discount. You’re gonna have to pay full price OK fine then they call about 8:30 in the morning today January 23 saying they’ll be here in 20 minutes, it’s 9:43 AM hadn’t heard anything so an hour later , I’m calling them 9:43 AM there conveniently 15 minutes away a flat tire didn’t think to call anybody and tell them I don’t recommend this company. They have communication skills and they won’t get to you on time. Or give any type of discount or any type of way.

Wonderful experience! Will definitely use again. Was a little confused at first to find out that they actually use subcontractors for the installation but turned out great. We only needed a fence between us and our neighbor, so it was a small job. The quote came very quickly (another company quote came after Mills had finished the job). And the installation was completed about a week after deposit. The installation was done in one day by a super friendly person. We had 50’ chain link and 24’ privacy fence. He did it all by himself! Looks amazing! If we decide to get gates or more fences we will definitely call Mills.
