We had our fence installed by Deck and Fence Renewal Systems in August of 2020 and initially looked beautiful. We had wanted a white vinyl fence but were talked out of it. We agreed on cedar but the installation date kept getting pushed back and we had a pool installed and had no other choice but to go with pine because we needed the fence up. As of September 2025 we are choosing to replace the fence. From a financial standpoint it is not in our best interest to keep fixing this fence as we will likely need to replace more and more of it in the next year or two. We had this company come out to get an estimate to fix the failing fence. We were told five posts needed replaced. We chose to get three estimates. Both the second and third companies said we needed ~12 posts replaced and showed us why. The fence did start “bowing” 2 years ago but has gotten much worse this year. I’ve decided to post a review because I want people to be aware. We shouldn’t be having to replace the fence after only 5 years. We were told there is only a one year warranty for fences. I am leaving two stars over one because they do have good communication and were kind to work with both in 2020 and 2025.
From Beginning to end, this is the company you want/ Bob came out and gave us a quote a couple of years ago and we were not ready, but then we reached out again when we were and he came out quickly, updated our quote and got us on the path to our deck face lift!! Amazing crew! They showed up on time, they were kind, construction was quiet. They cleaned up their work area when the job was complete, all things you want when you are doing something of this size that increases the value of your home--valuable service!! If you are just checking them out, look no further! You have found the right team. The only problem is, I am sure my friends are getting tired of me bragging that I will never have to re-stain my deck, never worry about cracking and peeling, and it's going to last a lifetime and it feels amazing on the toes!! Composite was the best choice for us!! Thank you so much we will be calling back for other projects that we have been wanting to do!! Wooooohooo!!!!
We had our back stairs with small deck demolished and completely replaced. The guys were so nice and professional. They listened to what we needed and provided a couple of options in different price ranges. We are so pleased with our new stairs and deck and know it will last a good long time! Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.
